The one thing you are always with is yourselves. So, first of all, you need to love yourself and love your own company. To love you, you need to really know yourself and live authentic and honest with your strengths. Who are you?

Start the journey to be happy with yourself

Who are you? Find out on the way. Start right now to act authentically. Be honest, do what brings you joy, stop doing what doesn’t bring you any joy. Find out and start paying attention to what you really enjoy doing, monitor what you are really good at and what you love to do. What is it that you are looking forward to and that makes you get up in the morning? And drives you? What would you like to do but never did it for no good reason? Adjust your habits. Do more and more of what you love, what you are good at! 

What strengthens you?

Replace habits and actions that weaken you with habits and actions that strengthen you. In most cases, this is going to work. You just have to practice a little bit.

In some cases, you have to have a closer look. Check your habits and actions towards if they are healthy for you and others. If you are, for example, delighted and are feeling alive when you are injuring yourself or others or animals, starve yourself or the likes of it, somehow your natural perception has changed. And consciously you are going to be able to change it back to natural again in order to protect your life and the lives of those around you.Your actions have to be good for your body and definitely not harm it. Act in a way that is good for you and others

The rule is: Your actions have to be good for your body and definitely not harm it. They have to be good for whatever surrounds you. If you are in doubt about your actions and unsure if they are harmful or not, reach out for help and describe the behavior you are unsure about.

Concentrate on actions you know to be good. Apply common sense. If you have behavior that is out of your control get help. This could be anything: Addictions, self-injury or hoarding. It is totally ok to involve a third person to assist you. Ask me for help, I can at least help and apply common sense for you.

The keys are authenticity and confidence

It is a process to become more and more authentic. Take the time you need and be patient. Be ready to experiment until you find what makes your heart jump with joy and you out of the bed in the morning at the same time.

You grow confidence over time because the more you play to your strengths the better you are going to be and feel. This is positive for your confidence.If you are well rounded working on getting better what you are not good at, you are wasting your lifetime, that is never goon mg to work. It is a clear sign of you not playing to your strength. You should have sharp edges and be clearly defined what you are and what you are not. Focus on your strengths, work around your weaknesses. Partner up with people that are strong where you are weak. They can be experts where you never dream of being a decent amateur.
